Damage or Expired Product(s)

This condition only applies to our direct billing party/parties. It is advisable to report damaged or expired item(s) in the hamper(s) within 3 days after you received the hamper. The arrival of the hamper at your place is to be counted as the first day. Photo-taking of the damaged or expired food products shall be performed and email to customerservice@yshamper.com.

Please do make sure that you DO NOT DISPOSE the damaged or expired product(s) as we will need it/those for the exchange of new equivalent product(s) to you.

We, YS Hamper Classic Sdn. Bhd., reserve the rights to execute or not to execute the exchange for a new product at our sole discretion.
