Fallon’s Folly Shiraz Carbenet is a bit more exclusive than Shiraz at the time of tasting. Restrained dark fruits aroma- these are after all the young wines sampled from tank for tasting. The palate is firmer with bitter black olive savoury notes complementing a blackberry character.
Medium- full bodied with lots of tannin and supple of long finish.
