This condition applies only to our direct billing party/parties.

We recommend reporting any damaged or expired items in the hamper(s) within 3 days of receiving the hamper. The day the hamper arrives is considered the first day.

Please take photos of the damaged or expired products and email them to ysmasterhq@gmail.com or customerservice@yshamper.com

Do not dispose of the damaged or expired items, as they are required for the exchange process.

Neomisens Classic Elements Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decide whether or not to proceed with the exchange at our discretion.

Free Delivery to West Malaysia: Enjoy free delivery for orders above RM250. For orders below RM250, a minimum delivery fee of RM25 per hamper applies.

West Malaysia Delivery: Delivery takes 3-4 working days. The cut-off date for orders is 20 Jan 2025.

Singapore Delivery: Delivery takes 5-7 working days. The cut-off date for orders is 17 Jan 2025.

East Malaysia Delivery: We currently do not offer delivery to East Malaysia.

The estimated delivery times provided are for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary and could be shorter or longer than stated. YS Hamper Classic Sdn. Bhd. will not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Order(s) will be deemed accepted unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the followings:

  • The product(s) that you have ordered is no longer available
  • Our inability to obtain authorization or confirmation from your payment
  • The indicated price of a product is found to be inaccuracy

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.
